Creative Mobile Photography Ideas

I love clicking pictures, but due to pandemic, there's no option, but to stay at home. So I've tried several ways to click creative pictures, sitting at home. You do not need to own a professional camera for these. My all of these clicks are totally captured using mobile phone. I am very glad to share these clicks and my experience along with some hacks with you guys. I hope y'll like it.

1. Double Exposure Pictures:
  • Click picture of your subject, ignoring the background. These are beautiful flowers in my nearby premises.
  • Use any of your previously clicked pictures as a background. In this case, I have used this sunrise picture, which has been clicked from my window.
  • You can easily achieve this using Double Exposure feature from Snapseed  Mobile Application.
  • All you need to do is look up upon small details to make it more realistic.
  • Just a little effort, and your picture is ready!

2. Macro Photography:

  • Make use of Macro Lens for phone, which are easily available in market. Apply the lens on your phone's camera.
  • Try out different kinds of macro photography.
  • Experiment with eye, flowers, water droplets, insects and a lot more things. In my case, I had sprinkled some water droplets on lashes and clicked this picture using macro lens.
  • I assure you, each macro picture will result in more beautiful manner than you have ever expected.

3. Oil + Water :

  • Add some water in a glass bowl / container.
  • Pour some amount of oil into water.
  • Open a colourful image on a phone. Place it below the bowl containing water+oil.
  • Gently stir the mixture. You will see oil forming various bubbles on top of water.
  • Take your macro lens and start clicking beautiful pictures.
  • Very happy with what it turned out to be.

4. Try some Emojis :

  • Click random image of any object, be it potatoes, eggs or anything else. For this picture, I have used potatoes as my subject.
  • Using PicsArt application, use various emotion stickers.
  • Apply these stickers onto different objects, to make them more realistic.
  • I am very happy with the results.

5. Try out some Reflections :

  • Here I have placed a spoon over a phone in which I've opened the image.
  • Try out different designs and patterns.
  • Before clicking pictures, I had made sure that there is no external light source other than the mobile phone with the image displayed.
  • And that's how the picture turned out to be.
